Colombian Cocoa

A paradise for cocoa cultivation, where the rich soils and a humid climate allow for the production of the world's finest beans. Expert farmers walk the rolling hills of the orchards daily, preserving the integrity of each cocoa pod as it flowers. Each harvest is sun-dried for up to 10 days to create a soft and subtle chocolate flavor.
